QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience with proven leadership abilities.

• Ability to lead crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation methods, codes, and best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Coordinate daily work activities, material needs, and manpower requirements.

• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

• OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

HOURLY RANGE:
$30 – $50 PER HOUR
