QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project scheduling.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience coordinating with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.

• Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, and project documents.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

SALARY RANGE:
$75K – $140K PER YEAR
